Lebanese Cleric Hails Iran’s Support for Palestine
Speaking in a meeting with a delegation from Al-Mustafa International University, Sheikh Zuhair Juaid added that the Islamic Republic has always stood by Palestinian and other Arab nations.
He said it is because the cause of Palestine is important for all Muslims around the world.
Sheikh Juaid further elaborated on the history of the Amal movement and its activities and stressed joint cooperation between the movement and Al-Mustafa International University.
Seyed Sajjad Hashemian, the head of the university’s delegation, for his part, hailed the meeting with Sheikh Juaid and said, “We are proud of fraternity with leaders of the Islamic Amal movement.”
In the meeting, the two sides also discussed Muslim world issues and the need to counter seditions and Takfiri ideology.
